A part of training in our sporting club is:

Sporting Karate
Kata, Kumite, for beginners, advanced participants and top contestants.

Saishokido
Our sporting club is only one in the Czech Republic training the SAISHOKIDO style - an ultimate fight using Karate Shotokan and Kyokushinkai Karate, Krav Maga, Judo, Kickbox, Aikido, Jiu Jitsu and similar styles especially suitable for self-defence.

Kobudo
Training with the Far East weapons, Bo, Sai, Tonfa, Kama, Nunchaku etc.

Supplementary programs
Programs for supplementary training of fighting sports in fitness, a training in cardio fighting, in addition we pursue examinations of Kyu/Dan by the first class superintendent of the Czech Karate Federation, periodical weekly and semi-monthly sporting actions at home as well as abroad, seminars Kata, Kumite and Saisho Ki Do, all under the leadership of Karate masters and professional trainers.

Chairman of the Prague Karate Federation and an insurer Shotokan style for the Czech Karate Federation. Vice-president Saisho Ki Do, the I. class examiner of the Czech Karate Federation, chairman of SC, the three times champion of the Czech Republic, trainer of the state representation in 1995-1997, trainer of the II. class. He is applying to Karate since 1980.

The eight times champion of the Czech Republic, the third position WC 1995, the fifth positions EC 1996, 1997, international champion of Sweden, Netherlands and Denmark 97, 98, 99, winner of many international championships. She is applying to Karate since 1985.
